Copying a strategy

Last update: 02.06.2022

When an account is following a strategy, it may be necessary to change the active strategy by adding modifiers to it. But you may only want to apply them to this one particular account (if the strategy was actively applied to several accounts).

This is useful if you do not want the changes to affect other accounts.

To copy the strategy, you can perform one of two possible actions:

1. In the Portfolio manager, in the Coins table, select an asset. On the right side of the screen, you will be able to add or edit modifiers.

Check the box Create a copy of the strategy and assign it to this account. Leave this strategy unchanged.

Create a name for the new strategy. For the sake of convenience, the system will suggest a new name. You can accept the default one, or you can enter your own.

Add your desired modifiers (Stop Loss or Trailing Take Profit).

And select Save.

2. In the Strategy Editor, after you are finished changing the strategy, select Create a copy.
