An "api auth invalid" error may appear on an account while the XChainer platform is working.

To find out why, log in to your Binance exchange account and do each of the following:
Check the API key settings;
Check IP's for whitelist;
Check that your identity has been verified.
1. It's possible that the Enable Spot & Margin Trading permission checkbox was left unchecked when editing the API key restrictions in the Binance account. If that's the case, an error will occur when rebalancing begins.

This option must be enabled.

Click Save.

Select the Pencil icon in the Portfolio Manager in the account with the error.

The Edit account window will open. Click Save. XChainer will try to activate the key again.

XChainer will attempt to reactivate the key. If the error persists, double-check that the keys were copied correctly. It's possible that the API or Secret Key was copied incorrectly. If that's the case, you'll need to re-create the keys.
2. Select the Pencil icon in the Portfolio Manager in the account with the “api auth invalid” error.

The Edit account window will open. Copy IP's for whitelist.

Go to the API Management page in Binance.
Select the key created for XChainer from the list and click Edit restrictions.

Delete all 30 IP addresses by clicking the X icon next to each address.
If you don't have the previously entered IP addresses, check the Restrict access to trusted IPs only (Recommended) box.

If it's empty, copy the new address list from the XChainer account editor and paste it into the text box that appears, then click Confirm.

To save your changes, click Save.

Return to the XChainer account editor and click Save.

XChainer will attempt to reactivate the key. If the error persists, double-check that the keys were copied correctly. It's possible that the API or Secret Key was copied incorrectly. If that's the case, you'll need to re-create the keys.

Important! If the error appears after clicking Save in the XChainer account editor, it is most likely due to an incorrect setting in IP's for whitelist.
3. Most likely, your account doesn't have Verified status or was denied this status for some reason.

Go through the identity verification process and re-generate API keys.
